Ambassador Programme
This is a programme initiated in 2001 and aims to reach out to children from single parent families through schools. HELP Ambassadors (trained volunteers) will liaise with the schools for talks and presentations to the teachers. The ambassadors will carry out follow up visits to the schools when the teachers have identified children from single parent families who need help or who wish to participate in programmes from HELP FSC.
Objectives
* Provide information to the school principal and staff about the services and programmes of HELP FSC, so that they can provide such information to their students when necessary and to make the relevant referrals to HELP FSC
* Provide support and guidance to the students and families who need support
